small room smoke smell

The location was acceptable since it was near public transportation.

The room felt quite small and looked somewhat outdated. I also noted a distinct smell of smoke, not pleasant. None of us smoke. The overall experience with the room did not meet the expectations I had for a four-star hotel. I am not satisfied.

excellent stay in central location

helpful staff made to order eggs convenient location easy walking

The staff was helpful at all times. Breakfast included eggs made to order, and coffee was served directly to my table. Its convenient location allowed easy walking to main attractions.. also, the u1 or u4 lines are across the street. I would certainly stay again.

The room itself was a bit small for my liking.

amazing stay!

central location wonderful staff cooked egg

This hotel covers two floors of a building on schwedenplatz, woo hoo! it is super central next to the u bahn station. the reception staff is wonderful. Marco and matthias are true gentlemen. they are very cute and are interested in helping guests. I love it. breakfast is awesome. Eggs are cooked to order, amazing!

My room smelled of smoke. It was really annoying. none of us smokes so it was definitely from a previous guest.

the hotel stands near an important u bahn station. it serves lines u1 and u4. the location is also close to the airport bus terminal, yay! perfect for travel to other places.
